Vinsanto

In Tuscany the choice grapes comes from the selection of the best grapes destined to be dried.

From a selection of Trebbiano and Malvasia grapes, with the addition of a low percentage of Sangiovese, after about three months of drying, we prepare the must for the production of our Vindanto.

The traditional wine-making process takes places in small oak kegs.

Maturation and fining for three years.

SENSORIAL TEST
colour: bright amber yellow
bouquet: fine, ample and elegant, with notes of dried apricot and dry pastries
taste: sweet, harmonious and delicate, highly persistant, with a final touch of vamilla and almond
SERVE WITH
sweets; served cold it is also a pleasant apéritif.
SERVING TEMPERATURE
18°C or 5°C as apéritif
